About Me & My Work
As the Founder of The Tramayne Group, I've been creating online training programs and coaching business owners for the past seven years. I've developed everything from quick stand-alone workshops to full year-long blended programs.
I use all the skills I learned from my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology, years as a course creator and business owner, and my studies in instructional design to create learning experiences that learners enjoy while meeting business goals.
